Important: By using JobDome, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JobDome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JobDome website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by JobDome, Inc. ("JobDome," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and JobDome. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

JobDome provides an AI-powered job search automation platform that helps job seekers find and apply to job opportunities. Our Services include:

  • Job Aggregation: We aggregate job listings from multiple sources including job boards, company career pages, and other employment platforms.
  • AI-Powered Matching: Our algorithms analyze your profile and preferences to identify relevant job opportunities.
  • Resume Builder: Tools to create, customize, and optimize your resume and cover letters.
  • Automated Applications: Subject to availability and job board terms, we may assist in submitting applications on your behalf.
  • Interview Copilot: AI-assisted tools to help prepare for interviews.
  • Talent Zone: A platform for job seekers to showcase their profiles to potential employers.
  • Recruiter Portal: Services for employers and recruiters to post jobs and find candidates.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 15 years of age
  • If you are between 15 and 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. By permitting a minor to use the Services, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and to be responsible for the minor's use of the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Create a strong, unique password
  • Not share your login credentials with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Log out from your account at the end of each session on shared devices

4.3 Account Types

We offer different account types including:

  • Job Seeker Accounts: For individuals seeking employment opportunities
  • Recruiter/Employer Accounts: For companies and recruiters posting jobs and searching for candidates
  • Enterprise Accounts: For organizations requiring multi-seat access and advanced features

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Services

JobDome offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts have limited features, while paid subscriptions unlock additional capabilities.

5.2 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
  • Your account will revert to free tier access after the paid period ends

5.4 Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided at our discretion in cases of technical issues that prevented service delivery. To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Use automated means to access the Services except as expressly permitted
  • Scrape, collect, or harvest user data without consent
  • Upload malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Circumvent any security measures or access controls
  • Use the Services to spam or send unsolicited communications
  • Violate intellectual property rights of others

7. User Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, including resumes, profiles, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant JobDome a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely to provide and improve the Services.

7.2 Content Accuracy

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

  • Your content is truthful and not misleading
  • You have the right to submit the content
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

7.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful or inappropriate.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), are owned by JobDome and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8.2 Trademarks

"JobDome" and our logos are trademarks of JobDome, Inc. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Services, we may use them without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for:

  • The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
  • Any transactions between you and third parties
  • Privacy practices of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR TITLE.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The Services will meet your specific requirements
  • Job applications submitted through our platform will result in employment
  • Information provided through the Services is accurate or complete

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBDOME AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobDome and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • Discontinuation of the Services

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
  • We may delete your account and User Content
  • Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

14.3 Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on our website
  • Updating the "Last Updated" date
  • Sending notice to your registered email address for significant changes

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JobDome regarding the Services.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.

17.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
